Don’t fret about missing calls on your VoIP service by setting up your Network Availability Number® on your Vonage account and having all your calls forwarded to your cell phone. Network Availability Numbers are just one of the many features that has made Vonage the leader in VoIP calling services and that can make even the trickiest move a total breeze.
Just log in to your Vonage Online Account and click on “Features” which will lead to a “Network Availability Number” page. Once there, simply select the line you want the Network Availability Number to back up — most likely a cell phone, although landlines work equally well. Then click the “Configure” and enter the number on which you’d prefer to receive calls — any number in the U.S., Canada, or Puerto Rico. That becomes your Network Availability Number. Click “Submit” and you’re done.
Now, before the movers even arrive, you can start getting all your Vonage main line calls forwarded to a totally separate phone! Important business calls, family checking to see how the move is going well, drivers in your caravan. They can all reach you anytime you’re needed.
